Once we agree on the pricing, we’ll begin by completing a full material take-off in BlueBeam. To ensure accuracy, another estimator will review the take-offs to confirm that all major items are accounted for and that the scales used are correct.
After the take-off is completed, we will send the quantities to your nominated suppliers. To streamline the process, we encourage you to share your supplier contacts with us so we can liaise directly with them. If you prefer, we can send the quantities to you for pricing instead.
Once all pricing is received, we’ll compile the quotation in our user-friendly Excel sheet. This sheet includes details such as quantities, material costs, labor, markup, hourly rates, and more—all easily adjustable once we’ve completed the initial work.
Finally, we’ll create the tender submission document, a fully tailored Word document that includes the final pricing, clarifications, inclusions, and exclusions. This document is ready for you to submit to your client, and it’s fully editable, allowing you to make any final tweaks as needed.
